Need Data Recovery Services? We can recover hard disk data from almost any type of hard drive crash. It is sad when your computer crashes. But not every computer crash means your hard drive has crashed. Sometimes data is lost and sometimes it is not. Those times when your data is readily available by copying it off to other media (CD or DVD discs or an external hard disk) we will recover it for you for only $120 labor fee. But there are cases where the hard drive itself has truly "crashed" and it will not easily yield your data. In other words: your hard drive is broken and does not work normally. When this type failure occurs other methods of recovery must be employed. If your internal hard disk has truly "crashed" more extensive recovery services are required in order to recover your important information. In these situations we charge a flat fee of $599 plus any parts needed to recover your data. In about 30% of data recovery cases we must locate donor repair parts that match your broken parts to make your drive work correctly. Then we can get the data off of your hard disk once it is functioning normally. Note: Parts are usually between $50-$150 and we do not mark up the cost of those donor parts. You pay what we pay! IMPORTANT NOTES: There is a service fee of $120 if we can't recover your data. Furthermore we cannot repair hard disks that are fire and water damaged or have suffered failure from an extreme shock or vibration condition (such as falling from a moving vehicle). This is because these disks require a different type of service (and a time commitment) beyond what we can provide for $599. In these cases feel free to contact us and we'll refer you to a partner that has expertise with "extreme" type failures. We may also be able to get you a discount for such services.
